Year 5 Homework

Homework is uploaded to Seesaw weekly.  Homework books (kept at home) can be used to complete the tasks in and then a photo should be uploaded for your teacher to give you feedback.

You should also be reading regularly at home (your Collins Big Cat book or your free reader book) and recording a comment in your reading diary every time that you read.

Please also complete at least 2 lessons a week on Reading Plus at home alongside regular practise of times tables and spellings (using Literacy Planet, My Maths and Times Tables Rock Star).

 Year 5 Educational Visits

Before the end of the academic year, Year 5 usually go on three educational visits that are used to enrich many different areas of the curriculum:

Leicester Space Centre (Science-centred focus)

Tatton Park (History-centred focus)

Cadbury World (History & English-centred focus)
